Film Starts Here  (FiSH)  is an independent film and media production company based in San Bernardino, CA, founded by filmmaker Dave Rosas in 2015. From narrative films to branded content, music videos, and multimedia projects, FiSH approaches every project with the goal of telling meaningful stories through visual storytelling.
